Refurbished!!! Southtown Common - with photos!!! - home of the "calypso cricketers" of Belton C.C. Also the home of the infamous "Southtown Shooter".

Captain of Belton Cricket Club, Gerry Jackson, receives a cheque from sponsors Certex Lifting Products & Services in Gt Yarmouth. Danielle Farman & Dave Butler from Certex presented the cheque.
As a small club, Belton have found it difficult to attract sponsors. This deal is a massive boost to Belton in their efforts to encourage more youngsters to join the Club.
The money will go towards securing a lease on the playing field, new equipment, training nets, all-weather mats and helping players to attend a coaching course.
2008 is Belton Cricket Club's 40th anniversary - this timely injection of funds will encourage and develop the skills of both current and new players; thereby securing the future of the club.
The club look forward to a long and rewarding partnership with Certex.
